important! Change of regulations (end of COVID)
Due to the new situation of the COVID pandemic, all thesis defence should be presential. Upon reasoned request, the doctorate school may authorise on-line assistance of some of the member of the evaluation committee in case of a unexpected situation, specially if concerning the international members.

important! Change of regulations (First extension of studies)
According to the new regulations students of third year (full time) or fifth year (part time) do not need to ask ex'plicitly for one year (full time) or two years (part time) extension of their studies
